Product Testing (HUT)
Whether for productivity or competitive benchmarking, RTi has vast product testing experience across many categories, including refrigerated/frozen products and those requiring complex preparation. Our expertise spans various methods; from central location tests to home use tests which, if appropriate, can effectively be recruited using online panels to greatly reduce cost and timing.
Taste Tests
RTi has significant experience in conducting taste tests — especially when preparation control is necessary. These can be conducted as one-on-one personal interviews or pre-recruited for group sessions.
Claims Testing
Claims substantiation is often desired, and sometimes legally advised, to validate and advertise product improvements in national media and even on the package. This testing can take the form of claims substantiation versus a product’s current formulation or a head-to-head comparison versus the key competitor. Meticulous control of the research design and method is essential.
